Outlet Assistant

Job responsibilities:

(Note: This position belongs to Qingdao Headquarters, supervises the market in Beijing, Tianjin and other places, and reports to Qingdao Headquarters.)

1. Check the dealer's business behavior and product display (including product price, special display, etc.).

2. Collect product market information, track product promotion activities, evaluate, summarize and analyze the promotion effect, and give timely feedback.

3. To inspect, summarize and report the implementation of the work of business personnel;

4. To monitor whether the market input costs are actually used;

5. Submit the supervision work plan, summarize the report and put forward suggestions for improvement.

6. Cooperate with relevant business functional departments to do a good job of customer service;

7. Complete other tasks arranged by superior leaders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above under 30 years old, major in marketing is preferred;

2. Over 1 year's supervisory management or terminal maintenance experience in the fast-selling industry;

3. Clear distinction between public and private, strict operation in accordance with the company system, strong executive and supervisory power;

4. Strong insight and market supervision experience are preferred.
