First Square Cold Pressed Peanut Oil Continues to Make Great Efforts to Climb the Peak

With its unique technology, perfect supply chain system and strict quality control, the first cold pressed peanut oil reached the peak of China's grain and oil industry, and won the appraisal of "high quality peanut oil" by the China Food and Oil Society.


The expert group of China Food and Oil Society assessed as follows:


1. By choosing high-quality peanut kernels as raw materials, strict impurity removal and low-temperature physical red-coat removal technology, the harmful factors such as aflatoxin, plasticizer, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heavy metals in peanut kernels were eliminated in the first workshop, which provided reliable guarantee for high-quality peanut oil.


2. The first cold pressing process improved the nutrient retention rate of peanut oil (818 mg/Kg of vitamin E) and eliminated the risk of forming harmful factors in the production of peanut oil. Among them, aflatoxin, 3,4-benzopyrene and plasticizer were not detected.


3. The first cold pressing technology of peanut oil has reached the international advanced level.
