Zheng Shang Institute Adjusts Rapeseed Oil Delivery Storehouse

Recently, Zheng Shang issued a notice to adjust the designated delivery warehouses and factory warehouses of wheat and rapeseed oil.
According to the announcement issued on the same day, the Xinglong National Grain Reserve in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, was adjusted from the standby delivery warehouse of high-quality strong gluten wheat to the designated delivery warehouse; the delivery pricing point of common wheat (hereinafter referred to as Pumai) in Zhumadian and Shangqiu was revoked; the designated delivery warehouse qualification of the National Grain Reserve in Zhengzhou, Henan and Longnan Shangqiu, Henan, was revoked; and Xi'an was added to the designated delivery warehouse. Shaanxi Xirui Grain Reserve Co., Ltd. has been adjusted from a spare delivery warehouse of Pumai to a designated delivery warehouse.
At the same time, Zheng Shangshuo cancelled the qualification of rapeseed oil delivery warehouse of Xi'an Oil and Fat Company; suspended the delivery business of Hefei Oil and Fat Company, Jiujiang Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd., Yihai Jiali Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd., Hubei Aoxing Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd., Taizhou Shipping Port Co., Ltd., and transferred to the reserve delivery warehouse of rapeseed oil; restored the East China Sea Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd. Oil Industry (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. Rapeseed Oil Delivery Business; Shaanxi Xirui Grain Reserve Co., Ltd. and Yihai (Taizhou) Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd. were added as designated delivery warehouses for rapeseed oil; China Textile Oil (Zhanjiang) Co., Ltd., China Grain Oil (Qinzhou) Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Yinxiang Oil Co., Ltd. were approved as designated delivery warehouses for rapeseed oil.
The above revoked valuation points, cancelled and suspended delivery warehouses shall be executed from the date of the announcement, and the additional valuation points, restored and additional delivery warehouses shall be operated from October 18, 2013. The approved rapeseed oil delivery plant and warehouse will carry out delivery business from June 1, 2014.
