Luhua Golden Dragon Fish Fulin Door Packaging Label is dishonest

Release Time:2015-01-05

The excessive saturated fatty acids in edible vegetable oil can easily lead to high blood cholesterol and triglyceride, so the lower the saturated fatty acid content, the better. Unsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid) can reduce cholesterol and triglyceride, so the higher the unsaturated fatty acids, the better. For the sake of health, Dahe Health Daily has comprehensively tested the fatty acid content of various brands of edible oils in Zhengzhou market. The following analysis of three major brands of fatty acid content, see their packaging labels integrity.

Luhua first-class pressed peanut oil produced in Zhoukou, Henan Province, is packaged with 43% oleic acid, 37.2% linoleic acid and a total of 80.2% estimated saturated fatty acid of 19.8%, 40% oleic acid, 38.5% linoleic acid and 78.5% estimated saturated fatty acid of 21.5%, which is 1.7 percentage points higher, but is not good for health. It almost increases 1/10 bad and reduces 1/10 good faith. Do you? Look at Luhua soybean peanut blended oil, packaging label saturated fatty acid 16.6%, oleic acid 27%, linoleic acid 51%, linolenic acid 5.4%, which is basically composed of soybean oil fatty acid, mixed with peanut oil does not exceed 1/10, consumers thought half-mixed it! Is this honesty?

The edible blending oil of goldfish produced in Zhoukou, Henan Province, is packaged with 12% saturated fatty acid, 44% monounsaturated fatty acid, 44% polyunsaturated fatty acid (linoleic acid, linolenic acid) and 0.27:1:1, which is the healthy proportion of goldfish. The measured saturated fatty acid is 12.6%, oleic acid is 41.8%, linoleic acid is 37.2%, linolenic acid is 5.9%, which is not in line with the indicated value. Do you believe it? In particular, its packaging labels include soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, corn oil, sesame oil, linseed oil, safflower oil and so on. The latter four kinds of good oils belong to "rare is precious", which is very pleasant. However, from its fatty acid composition, it is basically blended with the first four common oils. Look at linoleic acid first. The linoleic acid of soybean oil and sunflower oil was higher, while that of rapeseed oil and peanut oil was lower. The linoleic acid of four kinds of oils was in the middle (37.2%). The linoleic acid content of sesame oil is more than 45%, corn oil is more than 55%, safflower oil is more than 75%. If sesame oil, corn oil and safflower oil are mixed, the linoleic acid content will be much higher, but in fact only 37.2%. Look at linolenic acid again. Sunflower oil and peanut oil do not contain linolenic acid. Soybean oil and rapeseed oil contain about 10% linolenic acid. Four kinds of oil are mixed with linolenic acid, which is 5.9%. Flax oil contains more than 50% linolenic acid. If it is mixed with linolenic acid, its linolenic acid will be much higher. It is certain that corn oil, sesame oil, linseed oil and safflower oil are either unmixed or marginally mixed.

More vicious is the marine fish oil blending oil produced in Shanghai. Its packaging labels include soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, corn oil, sesame oil, rice oil, olive oil, linseed oil, fish oil and other 10 kinds. Fish oil has long been boasted by health care providers as a "panacea" rich in Omega-3 for reducing blood fat and tonifying brains, which shows that the goldfish actually play a health brand. In fact, Omega-3 is linolenic acid. According to our report, the mixed oil of marine fish oil from goldfish contains only 5.1% linolenic acid, which is inferior to that of soybean oil.

CCTV broadcasts the Golden Dragon, Fish and Rice Oil Advertisement. What is rice oil? In fact, it's rice bran oil. What is Victoria Valley? In fact, rice bran contains oryzanol, but not much, only trace. Oryzanol can regulate the autonomic nervous system. It is a traditional medicine, one tablet and two cents. Packaging labeling saturated fatty acid 18.7%, oleic acid 40.3%, linoleic acid 41%. The detection value of this report is: saturated fatty acid 19.1%, oleic acid 45.7%, linoleic acid 35%. The labeling is inaccurate and the error is large. Whether labeled or detected, such fatty acid composition is equivalent to peanut oil, but its price is much higher than that of peanut oil.

Fulinmen blending oil is "natural grain" brand, packaging label includes soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, sesame oil, wheat germ oil and other seven kinds of oil, the proportion of blended? And don't let consumers know. It depends on its fatty acid. Packaging label: saturated fatty acid 15.5%, monounsaturated fatty acid (oleic acid) 28.5%, polyunsaturated fatty acid (linoleic acid, linolenic acid) 55.9%; This report detected: saturated fatty acid 15.7%, oleic acid 35.6%, linoleic acid 43.7%, linolenic acid 5%, of which saturated fatty acid is about equal to the label value, oleic acid is higher than 7 percentage points, linoleic acid plus linolenic acid is lower than the label value 7 hundred. There is no difference in the point of view of health. But in terms of its fatty acid composition, it is basically a mixture of soybean oil, rapeseed oil and peanut oil. Corn oil, rice bran oil, sesame oil and wheat germ oil are very small, and Fulinmen is attracted to consumers by these four kinds of "rare is expensive" good oils. Not honest!
