Qingdao Changshou Food: Cold Pressing Technology Leads Traditional Industry Upgrading

Release Time:2018-04-28

Qingdao Changshou Food has not drifted with the tide in the vast ocean of peanut industry. It adheres to the concept of "people have nothing, people have their own advantages" and takes the road of differentiated competition. Its original "peanut oil cold pressing technology" and the belief of making products with conscience make it stand out and become a leader in the field of peanut oil processing. "I have a special sense of accomplishment in enabling the Chinese people to eat peanut oil with high nutrition, purity and low oil fume produced by cold pressing technology!" On April 18, in Qingdao Changyang Industrial Park, Laixi City, Qingdao, Shandong Province, Qu Guangkun, the general manager of the burly Qingdao Longevity Food Co., Ltd., told the grain and oil market newspaper with a smile on his face.

Technology: Three-load grinding and cold pressing sharp edge

The sword goes off the edge. In 2003, when the major domestic enterprises were still introducing hot pressing technology and publicizing squeezing technology, they decided to abandon the mature leaching and hot pressing technology at the beginning of the establishment of Longevity Food, decided to take cold pressing technology as the direction of enterprise development, and registered trademark brand as "the first workshop".

"Big peanuts are abundant in my hometown, Lacy. They are very big.

At that time, I found that the Europeans who had a high demand for dietary health ate olive oil produced by cold pressing technology. Few people ate olive oil extracted by hot pressing technology. After tracing its source, I found that cold pressing technology could fully retain the nutritional value of olive oil, while hot pressing technology lost more nutritional value and lost a lot. Qu Guangkun was revived 15 years ago.

At that time, he said, he was wondering if he could combine this cold pressing technology with the big peanuts in his hometown and turn it into a mellow and nutritious cold pressing peanut oil, dedicated to his fellow countrymen and more consumers.

It is this idea that has become a "catalyst". Qu Guangkun, a young and vigorous man, led the technical team through arduous efforts. After more than three years of scientific research, he has overcome the technical difficulties and broke through the technological bottleneck of peanut oil cold pressing. He has developed a "peanut oil cold pressing process" with independent intellectual property rights, won the national invention patent, and passed the authority of the China Food and Oil Society for high-quality peanut oil. According to the appraisal, the technology of "cold pressing at low temperature" has generally reached the international advanced level.

Walking into the workshop of peanut oil production for longevity food, we can smell a fragrance of peanut oil. The cold pressing technology of peanut oil for longevity food combines modern high-tech purification technology. The whole production process is carried out at low temperature without additives and pollution. The natural nutrition of the product is not destroyed. The process of increasing oil extraction rate such as steaming, frying and leaching is eliminated, and the nutrition of peanut is retained to a greater extent.

"We adopt cold pressing technology to produce grease without high temperature. Although it does not have the strong fragrance of hot pressed peanut oil, it is precisely because the nutrients of peanut oil can be preserved to the maximum extent without high temperature. Qu Guangkun told reporters.

Qingdao Changshou Food Cold Pressed Peanut Oil Series has been sold well in more than 30 large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao and Jinan since it was listed as a mid-and high-end oil product in 2003. First Fang has become a beautiful business card and pronoun of "high-quality peanut oil".

Secret Books: Conscience Casts Longevity Soul

"Food industry is conscience work, good raw materials is the first step to ensure product quality." Qu Guangkun believes that this is the "motto" of the 15-year prosperity of longevity food.

In order to ensure the safety of raw materials, Longevity Food has built more than 4000 mu organic planting base in Changyang Industrial Park, which has become the industry's first. The base retains the original ecological growth environment, eliminates the pollution of pesticides and fertilizers, and ensures high quality from the source of raw materials. "Aflatoxin is a strong carcinogen. Good raw materials can reduce the production of aflatoxin, but it can not be eradicated. Toxins are most likely to remain on the surface of red clothes, so in order to extract safe and clean oil, red clothes must be removed. Qu Guangkun told reporters that removing red clothes is the first step in the cold pressing process, but also a technical difficulty. Longevity food uses low-temperature physical technology to remove red clothes. Meanwhile, heavy gold imports the most advanced color separator, which removes small amounts, dry, mildew and rotten grains from peanut rice and eliminates the production of aflatoxin from the source.

In the fine filtration workshop, the filter cloth of layer by layer is arranged densely on the filter. "Through the filter cloth of our filter oil, we can intuitively feel the filtering degree of our refined oil. Through two physical refining and multi-layer tree planting fiber refining, the oil filtered out is pure and transparent, and fingerprints can be clearly seen through the oil. Qu Guangkun told reporters that after many research and development, the filtration process has been thoroughly improved.

"We used as raw materials for cold pressing peanut oil, are all export-grade large peanuts, full granules, high oil content, using such a nearly luxurious raw material to squeeze oil, is the premise of ensuring the quality of our products." Qu Guangkun laughed and told reporters, "It's a pity that such good peanuts are used to extract oil when President Wang Ruiyuan, the grease industry leader in China, visited our company." Reporters have learned that longevity food is extracted with large and plump grains of Dabaisha variety. Local raw materials are in short supply, so they buy them from the northeast of the high-quality peanut producing area and take the first step.

A plough a harvest. Longevity Food has won the honors of National High-tech Enterprise, Shandong Agricultural Key Leading Enterprise, Shandong Food Production and Processing Demonstration Enterprise, Chinese "Jiaolong" Submarine Edible Oil, World Leisure Sports Congress Edible Oil Supplier and so on.

Changshou food also extends the industrial chain, implements comprehensive utilization, extracts peanut protein powder synchronously from cold pressed peanut oil, and symbiosis in harmony. The data show that the technology of "synchronous extraction of peanut oil from peanut protein at low temperature" used in longevity food has been patented by the state. It successfully solves the problem of difficult separation of oil and protein under low temperature by physical screw pressing method, and achieves the limit of physical pressing (the oil content of protein powder can be as low as 4.2%). It retains the nutrients in peanut to the maximum extent and has high active protein content. It has good water solubility and is a widely used raw material for food processing.

In the peanut protein product exhibition area, Qu Guangkun pointed at the dazzling array of products and said that Longevity Food has established strategic cooperative relations with Xu Fuji, Shuanghui and other large food enterprises and become their suppliers.
